<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image monitoring device enabling easy grasp of a place being photographed with a camera, even if an image output from the camera is not clear because of night-time photographing, occurrence of fog, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A data acquisition part 14b acquires a PTZ value of a camera 11 from an image angle control part 12 and acquires contour data and display coordinates which are associated with the PTZ value, from a database 15. A video output part 16 superimposes a line expressing a contour indicated by the contour data acquired by the data acquisition part 14b on the display coordinates within an image output from the camera 11, and outputs the image on which the contour is superimposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
