<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition for optical reflection, having sufficient optical reflectance and moldability and excellent in heat-resisting colorability, to provide a substrate for mounting an optical semiconductor element using the same and a production method therefor, and to provide an optical semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a thermosetting resin composition for optical reflection, which comprises an epoxy resin, a curing agent and a white pigment, is compatible with the curing agent as an epoxy resin, and comprises at least a compound having a polyorganosiloxane skeleton and two or more epoxy groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
