<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow measuring device capable of suppressing propagation of indirect waves which do not go through a fluid to an ultrasonic sensor of the receiving side. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flow measuring device 1 is provided with: a pair of ultrasonic transducers 33 attached to a flow channel member 20; a substrate 40 on which a circuit to drive the ultrasonic transducers 33 is mounted; and lead wires L which connect between each ultrasonic transducer 33 and the substrate 40. It is also provided with a vibration-proof means 45 on a route R2 leading from a lead wire L connected to one of the ultrasonic transducers 33 to the other lead wire L connected to the other ultrasonic transducer 33 by way of the substrate 40 in order to suppress vibration which propagates via the route R2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
