<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable timer display device having no temperature dependence. <P>SOLUTION: A reusable timer display device comprises a timer display layer including an electrochromic layer sandwiched with two conductive layers, a power source which supplies electric power to the timer display layer, and changeover means which makes electrical connection or disconnection between the timer display layer and the power source.
