Disclosed is a mirror-surface sheet comprising transparent projections having independent structure, and the mirror-surface sheet has outstanding resistance to fingerprints even after formation by deep drawing and gives an appealing impression by imparting an impression of depth. The mirror-surface sheet according to the present invention, which has outstanding resistance to fingerprints and can impart an extreme impression of depth, comprises: a transparent film layer; a printed layer which is formed on the lower part of the transparent film layer; and a transparent projection layer which comprises a plurality of transparent projections that are attached, spaced apart from each other on the upper part, of the transparent film layer.
