The lamp (1) has a lamp housing (2) whose inner space is provided with a lamp body (6) that comprises a light retainer (8). The retainer is pivoted in a three-dimensional region around a pivoting angle of about 30 degree and comprises a lighting unit (7) i.e. LED, where a resolution lens (9) is arranged before the retainer. The lens forms a spherical or ball cap shaped outer area with the lamp body. Suspension elements (13) are abutted by maximum pivoting of the lamp body at dead stops (15) of the suspension elements. The lens is made of transparent plastic material or glass.
