PURPOSE: A plate heat exchanger is provided to improve the heat exchanging performance by securing low pressure reduction property and reducing the fluid resistance of working fluid by flowing working fluid only in spacers. CONSTITUTION: A plate heat exchanger comprises a plurality of electric heat plates(1). Embossing patterns(2) are formed in the surface of the electric heat plates. The electric heat plates are attached with each other while being laminated. The space between the electric heat plates forms the flow passages of working fluid. The spacers(10) are installed in the both sides of the electric heat plates and extended along the flow direction of the working fluid and formed to be higher than the embossing patterns.
