The invention relates to an arch support disposed on the lower surface of a heel insert to support an arch portion of a foot of a wearer, including: an upper roof (10) fixed to a lower portion of the heel insert; an elastic body (20) fixed to the upper roof so as to elastically fix the upper roof; an inner circular plate (40) seated on a center of the elastic body and having an outer screw thread (42) on the outer surface thereof; and an inner ring (30) inserted into the inner circular plate (40) and having an inner screw thread (32) on the inner surface thereof. The present invention relates to a heel insert for supporting the arch of the foot and to an arch support attached thereto, and more particularly, to an arch support which supports the arch portion of the foot of a wearer and performs an acupressure function, to a heel insert for supporting the arch of the foot and on which the arch support is disposed, and to a shoe including the heel insert.
