A wire harness (25) extending toward an intermediate support member (35) is guided to bend by a body-side protector (41) provided on a body-side bracket member (31) such that the L-shaped bending depth of the wire harness (25) along the direction of the rotational axis of a first rotary shaft (37) can be changed. The body-side protector (41) is designed to allow the L-shaped bending depth of the wire harness (25) to be increased and decreased in order to absorb a difference in the length of the wire harness (25) that is created when a rear door (20) is opened and closed. Thus, while the function of guiding the wire harness (25) is being maintained, the length of the wire harness (25) can be kept at a length at which clearance from the car body is accommodated in both the open and closed states of the rear door.
