In an electronic device that is provided with a panel constituting the external appearance thereof, and that causes the panel to vibrate, the vibration of the panel is not easily attenuated, and the dust-proof and water-proof properties thereof are improved. An electronic device is provided with: a touch panel (20); a vibration unit (50) that causes the touch panel (20) to vibrate; and an upper housing (10a) having an opening in which the touch panel (20) is arranged. A first elastic member (60) for internal air isolation is attached along the touch panel (20) and the upper housing (10a), bridging the gap between the touch panel (20) and the upper housing (10a). A second elastic member (70) continuously or intermittently spans the entire periphery of the outer bottom edge of the touch panel (20) and is arranged between the outer bottom edge and a support member (10b) positioned below the outer bottom edge. |
