<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for drawing out an umbrella type vascular filter with a tip end formed by an anterior end (31) operating as a holding sleeve for a plurality of elastic strands (32) mutually and naturally dispersed and equipped with a hook (33) bended outward to be fixed on a vascular wall. <P>SOLUTION: The kit includes the first catheter (1), so called a flame cylinder catheter, and a rod which can be inserted into the flame cylinder catheter. The rod includes a plurality of elastic branches (18) having hooks (20) expanded outward and naturally dispersed at the tip end of the rod and bended inward, and is constructed in such a way that the branches grip the anterior end (31) of the filter by closing all together.
