<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing apparatus capable of effectively pulverizing powder by dispersing powder in sufficiently accelerated high-pressure air, and making the powder collide against a collision plate in the dispersed state. <P>SOLUTION: A mixing space 14 is provided between an inlet side nozzle member 6, in which a throat part 9 is formed downstream of an air inlet 8 and a conical diffuser part 10 divergent toward the tip is provided downstream of the throat part 9, and an outlet side nozzle member 12 having a tapered nozzle hole 13 narrowed toward the tip. A lower outlet 18a of a powder hopper 18 communicates with the outer peripheral part of the mixing space 14. High-pressure air is supplied into the air inlet 8 and accelerated up to a sonic velocity region in the throat part 9, and when the high-pressure air is jetted into the nozzle hole 13 of the outlet side nozzle member 12 from the mixing space 14, powder in the powder hopper 18 is sucked to flow into the mixing space 14 and dispersed in the high-pressure air by ejector action. The powder in the dispersed state is jetted from the nozzle hole 13 of the outlet side nozzle member 12 toward the collision plate 15 arranged in front, to pulverize the powder by collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
