<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating device uniformly performing oscillating movement in a three-dimensional direction such as vertical and lateral directions and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A movable frame part 16 is pivoted on a fixed frame part 11 via first swing shafts 21, 22, and a cam guide 24 having a guide part 34 is pivoted on it via third swing shafts 32, 33. In addition, an oscillating movable part 9 is pivoted on the movable frame part 16 via second swing shafts 30, 31, and a cam 25 that slides by being guided by the guide part 34 is provided in the oscillating movable part 9. In addition, a first gear 39 driven by a motor for oscillation 36 and a second gear 40 meshing with it are installed. The movable frame part 16 and the cam guide 24 are accurately synchronized and swung by these gears and a first link mechanism 42 and a second link mechanism 43, by which swing centering around the first swing shafts 21, 22 and swing centering around the second swing shafts 30, 31 are synthesized, by which the oscillating movable part 9 three-dimensionally and uniformly swings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
