<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity type touch sensor capable of detecting touch positions of a plurality of fingers while suppressing a circuit scale of a sensor circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A touch wheel 20 is configured to include, on an insulating substrate 10, 36 touch pads 21 disposed along a circumference R, drive lines 22-0 to 22-5, and sensor lines 23-0 to 23-5. Each touch pad 21 includes central electrodes 0c-5c and annular electrodes 0s-5s disposed surrounding the central electrodes 0c-5c. A sensor circuit 30 is configured to include a selective circuit 31 and a charge sensitive amplifier 32. The charge sensitive amplifier 32 detects a variation ΔC of a capacitance value C1 of an electrostatic capacitance formed between the central electrode 0c of the touch pad 21 to which a single sensor line 23-0 selected by the selective circuit 31 is connected, and an electrode of the annular electrode 0s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
