<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation frequency control device for a drive engine of a road construction machine capable of saving energy as well as reducing exhaust gas by driving the road construction machine under operation conditions in accordance with a site condition. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a rotation frequency control device for a drive engine of a road construction machine which enhances energy saving as well as reduction of exhaust gas dispersion by operating in a manner that changes a rotation frequency of the engine depending on a paving width and a paving thickness of a road to be constructed. Recommended engine rotation frequencies are tabulated for a plurality of combinations of the paving width and the paving thickness. The invention enables the drive engine to change the rotation frequency based on a table and an actual working condition of the road construction machine and thereby curbing unnecessary energy consumption as well as exhaust gas emission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
