摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems that a fixed heater wire is likely to be damaged from a load of external stress by contraction of the heater wire caused by variation in a temperature and may cause deterioration of an outer coat of the heater wire when contacted with an adhesive agent or a gluing agent, and that the adhesive agent and the gluing agent are susceptible to heat and water and thus likely to be peeled, and that a large-sized device such as a large-sized drier and a thermal press device and the like is required. <P>SOLUTION: A planar electrothermal heating instrument has an upper fabric 1A and a lower fabric 1B that can be deposited by an ultrasonic wave or a high-frequency wave, a connector C or a power supply code, and a heater wire 2. A method of manufacturing the planar electrothermal heating instrument includes: a step of providing and arranging the heater wire 2 so as to have a plurality of folded portions 2a and a plurality of substantially-straight line portions 2b; a step of overlapping the upper fabric 1A with the lower fabric 1B and performing ultrasonic wave point deposition 3 by an ultrasonic wave or high-frequency point deposition 3 by high-frequency wave at an arbitrarily interval with a play interval around the heater wire 2; and a step of darning 4 peripheral parts of the upper fabric 1A and the lower fabric 1B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
