<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus quantitatively controlling a collimator synchronizing with data collecting system. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes: a bed 103 supporting a subject and moving along the body axis direction of the subject; an imaging unit 3 including an X-ray tube 105 for radiating X-rays while rotating about the body axis of the subject, and a data collecting section 112 for detecting the X-rays transmitting the subject; a collimator plate 107a for changing the radiation field of the X-rays to be radiated; a scan control unit 2 for controlling the movement of the bed 103 and the imaging unit 3; and a reconstruction processing unit 117 for reconstructing image data based on the X-rays detected by the data collecting section 112. The X-ray CT apparatus includes a timing adjusting unit 1 for detecting the movement rate of the subject on the bed 103; and a collimator driving unit 107b for controlling an opening of the collimator plate 107a to be changed in size based on the movement rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
