A method to modify weight and nutrition by creating a profile of user behavior and psychological factors; matching that profile to potential behavior changes that have been shown to induce positive change in persons with the user's profile; generating a list of recommended behavior changes for the user that are correlated with positive change for the user's profile; providing the user with a specific plan for adoption of the recommended changes; and modifying the plan over time in response to user experience. Psychological support for the user can be provided to continue in and comply with the plan. The plan can be created and maintained through a website accessed via computer connection to the Internet and the psychological support can be provided by electronic communications. |
