The arrangement has a self-supporting foam base body (1) comprising moldings (3) for retaining an absorber heat exchanger as a pipe meander, where a top surface of the body comprises a circumferential recess (2) for fixing a radiation-permeable covering plate. Concave recesses (4) are formed in a longitudinal direction of the exchanger and form a base of a radiation reflector. Stiffeners (5) and diffusers (6) are arranged at an under side of the body, where the diffusers produce suction effect of wind load towards an attachment surface i.e. roof area, at which the arrangement is provided. The absorber heat exchanger is made of transparent material.
