The connecting device has a sliding block (9) that is provided with a threaded bore (10), and a coupling element (3) that is provided with a recess (5). The threaded bore of sliding block is engaged with undercut of a longitudinal groove (12) of component (2). The recess of coupling element is engaged with a thread feeder (7) of component (1) in axial alignment. A coupling screw (8) is screwed for connecting sliding block with coupling element. The sliding block is provided with a mounting recess (15) through which an anchor screw (4) for a screwing tool is accessible.
