摘要 A liquid droplet measuring method and liquid droplet control method of an electrowetting-based microfluidic device. The liquid droplet measuring method comprises: providing an electrowetting-based microfluidic device and a capacitance measuring apparatus connected to the microfluidic device, the microfluidic device comprising a substrate (101) and a driving electrode array located on the substrate (101) and containing multiple driving electrodes (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, and E10); measuring the capacitance of one or more driving electrodes (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, and E10) in the microfluidic device by use of the capacitance measuring apparatus, thereby determining the overlapping condition between the liquid droplet (D) and the driving electrodes (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, and E10). The driving electrodes (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, and E10) may control actions such as movement, splitting and combination of the liquid droplet (D).
