A low oil consumption piston type air compressor with internal-cycle piping device is provided with a tank(6), a motor(1), a crankcase(5), cylinders, pistons, connecting-rods, and a cylinder-cover(4). A crankshaft is mounted in the crankcase(5) and is driven by the motor(1) by the way of shaft coupling or belt transmission during working, and then the pistons are reciprocating in the cylinders of the compressor. A breathing hole is provided at the crankcase, the cylinder-cover(4) is mounted to the cylinder, and a breathing pipe(2) is mounted to an end cover of the crankcase, wherein the breathing pipe is connected with low-pressure chamber of the cylinder-cover. Oil-gas mixture passed through a breather in the past is re-guided back by the internal-cycle piping device contrast to discharging to the atmosphere directly, so that it has the effect of reducing pollution. The oil recycling and reusing is realized by the internal-cycle piping device of the compressor, and the consumption of oil is reduced greatly. The oil consumption of the compressor is reduced by at least 30% compared to the national standard, and the compressor is relatively clean when using.
