<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door 12 from hampering convenience of a user by moving against an intention of the user. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic door 10 comprises: a motor 14 to drive a door 12; an internal operation section 41 to be arranged inside a room; an external operation section 42 to be arranged outside the room; and drive control means 55 to perform a drive control of the motor 14 in accordance with operations through the internal operation section 41 as well as the external operation section 42.
