<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner and an image forming apparatus in which an optical scanner may be recycled, a recycling operation may be simplified and staining of optical components may be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A collimator lens, that is, an optical component, is adhesively fixed in an end portion on a side (closer to a laser diode) of an arc-shaped recess 121 of an intermediate member 120. The intermediate member 120 has a length L along an optical axis direction twice or more as long as a length l along an axial direction of the collimator lens 52, and the intermediate member 120 is screwed on a pedestal part 701 of a first housing with screws inserted into through holes formed at four corners of the intermediate member 120. When the collimator lens 52 is to be adhered again, the intermediate member 120 is taken out of the first housing, is rotated by 180° around in a sub-scanning direction and is screwed again on the first housing 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
