<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control system capable of stabilizing the temperature of target fluid at a predetermined setting temperature SV in an early stage with simple means. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature control device 9 adjusts the temperature of hot water W to a predetermined setting temperature SV. The temperature control device 9 includes: a cooling device 13 for adjusting the temperature of the hot water W; a PID control unit 21 for exerting PID control to the cooling device 13 to adjust the temperature of the hot water W; a detection unit 22 for detecting a deviation of a measured temperature PV according to the setting temperature SV of the hot water W; a determination unit 23 for determining whether the sign of the deviation detected by the detection unit 22 reverses; and a sudden change control unit 24 for, when the determination unit 23 determines that the sign of the deviation reverses, stopping PID control by the PID control unit 21 and exerting sudden change control in which the degree of valve opening of a flow control valve 14 of the cooling device 13 is changed suddenly by the predetermined degree of opening α. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
