<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope apparatus capable of obtaining a highly reliable detection result without blur. <P>SOLUTION: The microscope apparatus includes: a substrate stage that retains a substrate formed with a plurality of wells in which specimens including photoresponsive substances can be placed; a detecting section that has a plurality of pixels and detects light generated from each of the photoresponsive substances in the wells by a time delay integration method; and a mechanism that forms a state where the light from the photoresponsive substances does not enter the pixels of the detecting section in a period when the light from the photoresponsive substances transits between adjoining pixels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
