<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low cost mechanism for preventing flowing out of a residual liquid of a reducing agent stuck to a nozzle body to the outside and diffusion of the odor to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A container body 12 has an integrally molded grip part 26 and is partitioned into an urea water storage chamber 28 and a nozzle boy housing chamber 30 formed inside the grip part 26. The nozzle body 44 includes a hollow cylindrical body 46 and a hollow cylindrical shaped base part 48 to the inner peripheral surface of which the base end part 46a of the hollow cylindrical body 46 is connected. The base part 48 includes a first inner screw 50 screwed to the outer screw 42a of the hollow cylindrical body 42, a second inner screw 52 screwed to the outer screw 38a of the hollow cylindrical body 38, and an elastic film 54 closing the opening of base end part 46a.
