Provided are: an intermediate film for laminated glasses, which enables the production of a laminated glass having a high visible light transmittance and excellent heat-shielding properties, and also enables the maintenance of the visible light transmittance of the laminated glass at a high level for a long period; and a laminated glass produced using the intermediate film for laminated glasses. The intermediate film (1) for laminated glasses according to the present invention comprises a first heat-shielding layer (2) and a second heat-shielding layer (3). The first heat-shielding layer (2) comprises a thermoplastic resin and at least one component selected from a phthalocyanine compound, a naphthalocyanine compound and an anthracyanine compound. The second heat-shielding layer (3) comprises a thermoplastic resin and metal oxide particles. The laminated glass according to the present invention comprises first and second laminated glass constituent members and an intermediate film intercalated between the first and second laminated glass constituent members. The intermediate film is the intermediate film (1) for laminated glasses according to the present invention.
