The device has a waste water tank (15), with which a waste water discharge opening (9) is connected for admission of hot waste water from a drainage chamber (8). The volume of the waste water tank is dimensioned in such a manner that waste water resulting with preparation of a portion at pieces of food from the drainage chamber is received. An independent claim is also included for a method for discontinuous refining preparation of pieces of food, particularly pasta, noodles, rice, vegetable, meat and pieces of fish. |
