<p>The invention relates to a method for scheduling data flows (FL A,J , FL B,J ) of at least two operators (OP A , OP B ) sharing the same radio resources (RR), in particular sharing the same frequency spectrum, the method comprising: assigning an exclusive amount (PRB EX,A , PRB EX,B ) of the radio resources (RR) to each of the operators (OP A , OP B ), each exclusive amount (PRB EX,A , PRB EX,B ) to be used for scheduling data flows (FL A,J , FL B,J ) of only a single operator (OP A ; OP B ), and assigning a shared amount (PRB S ) of the radio resources (RR) to the operators (OP A , OP B ), the shared amount (PRB S ) being used for scheduling data flows (FL A,J , FL B,J ) of different operators (OP A , OP B ), wherein the data flows (FL A,J , FL B,J ) of the at least two operators (OP A , OP B ) are scheduled using at least the exclusive amounts (PRB EX,A , PRB EX,B ) of the radio resources (RR) assigned to the operators (OP A , OP B ).
