摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Heat-sensitive recording material comprises at least one substrate; a heat-sensitive recording layer arranged on the front side of the substrate with at least one dye precursor and at least one color acceptor; a protective layer covering the heat-sensitive recording layer; and a barrier coating containing an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer and suited to protect the heat-sensitive recording layer against penetration of chemicals causing uncontrolled desensibilization and color reactions in the heat-sensitive recording layer. #CMT# : #/CMT# Heat-sensitive recording material comprises at least one substrate; a heat-sensitive recording layer arranged on the front side of the substrate with at least one dye precursor and at least one color acceptor, where the dye precursor and color acceptor react with one another under the action of heat to form color; a protective layer covering the heat-sensitive recording layer; and a barrier coating containing an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer and suited to protect the heat-sensitive recording layer against penetration of chemicals causing uncontrolled desensibilization and color reactions in the heat-sensitive recording layer, where the barrier coating is disposed between the substrate and the heat-sensitive recording layer. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used as heat-sensitive recording material. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The backside coating of the heat-sensitive recording material provides a good barrier effect against the substances, preferably organic solvents used in the offset and flexographic printing. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The heat-sensitive recording layer as color acceptor contains at least one substance comprising 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone, N-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-N'-(3-p-toluenesulfonyl-oxy-phenyl)-urea (all preferred), 2,2-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propane, 4-[(4-(1-methylethoxy)phenyl)sulfonyl]phenol, 2,4'-dihydroxy-diphenylsulfone or N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)thio]acetamide. The heat-sensitive recording layer as a dye precursor contains at least one substance comprising 3-diethylamino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane, 3-dibutylamino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane, 3-(N-methyl-N-propyl) amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane, 3-(N-ethyl-N-isoamyl)amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane, 3-(N-methyl-N-cyclohexyl)amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane, 3-(N-ethyl-N-tolyl)amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane or 3-(N-ethyl-N-tetrahydrofuryl)amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluorane. The heat-sensitive recording layer contains at least one sensitizer comprising methylolstearamide, stearic acid amide or dimethyl terephthalate. The weight ratio of 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone:sensitizer is 1:0.5-1:2. The authenticity proof contains a security feature that is designed as a backside coating of at least one organic solvent comprising tincture to the substrate. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The amount of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is at least 90 (preferably at least 98) wt.%. The protective layer contains exclusively at least 60 wt.%, based on the total content of binder in the protective layer, of diacetone-modified polyvinyl alcohol as a binder. The protective layer contains a crosslinking agent comprising boric acid, polyamine, epoxy resin, dialdehyde, formaldehyde oligomer, epichlorohydrin resin, adipic acid dihydrazide, dimethylurea or melamine formaldehyde. The ratio, related to weight, of the diacetone-modified polyvinyl alcohol to the crosslinking agent is 20:1-5:1, preferably 12:1-7:1. The protective layer contains an inorganic pigment comprising silicon dioxide, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, calcium carbonate and/or kaolin. The heat-sensitive recording layer contains a substance comprising polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or a combination of polyvinyl alcohol and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer as a binder. The heat-sensitive recording material further comprises a pigment-containing intermediate layer, which is located between the barrier coating and heat-sensitive recording layer.</p>
