PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to provide high luminance efficiency, high brightness, high color purity, and remarkably improved life time. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer comprises organic luminescent compound in chemical formula F01 or F02. In the chemical formulas, C_A ring or C_B ring is respectively fused cyclic amine group, C_C ring is a group capable of forming a fused aliphatic ring, a fused aromatic ring, a fused heteroaliphatic ring, or a fused heteroaromatic ring, and Ar1 and R2 is respectively a group capable of forming a fused aliphatic ring, a fused aromatic ring, a fused heteroaliphatic ring, or a fused heteroaromatic ring together with a nearby C_A ring, C_B ring or C_C ring.
