摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a thin core piece, to control deformation of the core piece at cutting, and to improve the dimensional precision. SOLUTION: A sending device for sending a material steel plate, serving as a material for the core piece at predetermined speed, and a clipping device for clipping the core piece from the material steel plate are arranged. The clipping device is constituted by combining a cutter roller and a bracket roller. A projected cutting edge 40 for pushing and cutting the core piece is arranged at the outer face of a base part 30 of the cutter roller. The cutting edge part, at a tip of the projected cutting edge 40, is constituted into a chevron shape, having inclined faces 40a and 40b on both sides of a ridgeline. An inclined angleθof the inner inclined face 40a, facing a core piece-side to be clipped, is set to be in a range of 5°or smaller among these inclined faces.
