PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-filled vibration damping device of novel structure further improving a vibration damping effect with respect to vibration of different frequency ranges in a plurality of orifice passages. SOLUTION: A deformed restriction board 100 is adopted, with large diameter parts 110 and small diameter parts 112 provided alternately in a circumferential direction, and membrane-like rubber 102 is covered on the restriction board 100 to compose a movable plate member 98. In the movable plate member 98, an elastic membrane part 114 of a single layer structure is used as a formation portion of each small diameter part 112, and an elastic abutting protruding part 118 is protrudedly formed thereon. A bracing elastic projection 120 is formed to extend an outer circumference edge of each large diameter part 110 in the circumferential direction, and an inward extending projection 122 is formed, extending inward in a radial direction from the bracing elastic projection 120 on each large diameter part 110. In displacement of the movable plate member 98, the bracing elastic projection 120 and the inward extending projection 122 abut on a partition member 36 in a rear of the elastic abutting protruding part 118.
