<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device that efficiently supplies power, in a system for supplying power to a high voltage load and a low voltage load. <P>SOLUTION: A step-down means lowers the power that is supplied from a generator to a first voltage and supplies it to a low voltage load. A step-up/down means raises or lowers the power that is supplied from the generator to a second voltage and supplies it to a high voltage load. A first switching means causes either a power supply line for directly supplying a power that is supplied from the generator to the low voltage load or a power supply line for supplying the power that is supplied from the generator through the step-down means to the low voltage load to be selectively conductive. A second switching means causes either a power supply line for directly supplying the power that is supplied from the generator to the high voltage load or a power supply line for supplying the power that is supplied from the generator through the step-down/up means to the high voltage load to be selectively conductive.
