摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for concentrating and detecting the component in trace expiration, without having to perform cryogenic cooling. <P>SOLUTION: This expiration component concentrator 30 comprises a GLT tube 78, a filter 80 for dehumidification, and a porous structure 82 for concentrating a specific gas component contained in sample gas, such as expiration. The porous structure 82 is made of silica and zeolite. Silica removes the moisture contained in the sample gas. Zeolite concentrates the specific gas component, by selectively adsorbing molecules having the same diameter as that of a narrow hole. The concentrated specific gas components can be desorbed from the expiration component concentrator 30, by heating and is detected with sensing device (not shown). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
