<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage information on customer's visit to a store at high speed with high accuracy by enabling estimation of height at high speed and at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The feature amount extraction section 231 extracts a feature amount of a collating object person's face image in an image picked up by an entrance camera 42. A height estimation section 212b estimates height as an attribute of the collating object person on a picked up image. An extraction section 233 extracts a registrant having an estimated attribute from among a registrant registered beforehand in a biological information database DB22. A similarity determination section 235 collates the registrant's extracted face image and the collating object person's face image based on the feature amount of the face image, and determines whether the collating object person is the registrant.
