PURPOSE: A heath exercising cycle is provided to improve driving force and to simultaneously move whole body by simultaneously moving both arms and feet with a tricycle. CONSTITUTION: A health exercising cycle comprises a handle lever, pedal levers(2,2-1), and a saddle. Users make the handle lever move back and forth with hands to obtain power so that the directions of the bicycle can be changed. The users make the pedal levers vertically move with feet to obtain strong power so that a chain can be driven. The saddle is hung on a center upper part of both wheels(4-1) by a string or a pipe(9) so that the gravity center of the saddle can be stayed in the center between both ends of the wheels, thereby preventing the bicycle from being fallen. |
