PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for continuously manufacturing and introducing silicon seed are provided to smoothly control a fluidized bed reactor by preventing unnecessary energy loss and minimizing the generation of silicon fine powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously manufacturing and introducing silicon seed includes the following: silicon fine powder is floated by silicon containing gas and is transferred to a cyclone through a silicon fine powder path(S10); the silicon fine powder is precipitated based on the centrifugal force of the cyclone(S20); the precipitated silicon fine powder is contained in a storing bath(S30); the silicon fine powder is transferred from the storing bath to the melting part(S40); the silicon fine powder is molten in the melting part(S50); the molten silicon fine powder is converted into particles(S60); and the particles are discharged to a fluidized bed reactor(S70).
