<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for attaining an optical access network where optical communication path switching devices (hereinafter referred to as an OSW (Optical Switch)) are arranged in multiple stages. <P>SOLUTION: An optical access system includes: an optical line device (hereinafter referred to as an OLT (Optical Line Terminal)); an optical network device (hereinafter referred to as an ONU (Optical Network Unit)); and the OSWs. The first OSW is arranged on the side of the OLT and the second OSW is arranged between the first OSW and the ONU. The OLT transmits a first signal for finding the first OSW to the first OSW, receives a second signal for requesting the registration of the first OSW from the first OSW, transmits a third signal including information for the registration of the first OSW to the first OSW, receives a fourth signal indicating the reception of the third signal from the first OSW, transmits a fifth signal for finding the second OSW to the second OSW, receives a sixth signal for requesting the registration of the second OSW from the second OSW, transmits a seventh signal including information for the registration of the second OSW to the second OSW, and receives an eighth signal indicating the reception of the seventh signal from the second OSW. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
