PURPOSE: A device for controlling virtual machine schedule time and a method thereof are provided to appropriately control virtual machine schedule time, thereby improving performance of a system in real time. CONSTITUTION: A process scheduler(104) schedules a process which is performed in a virtual machine. A virtual machine monitor(102) provides an execution environment virtualized to the virtual machine. A virtual machine scheduler(105) schedules a virtual machine which is performed in the virtual machine monitor. A synchronization unit synchronizes process schedule time of the virtual machine scheduler and the process based on synchronization information or changes the virtual machine schedule time corresponding to the process schedule time. The synchronization information includes virtual machine schedule time, the process schedule time, a process kind of performing or will perform in next time, and an interrupt transmitted to the virtual machine.
