PURPOSE: A method and a system for implementing a low cost and high efficiency N screen service are provided to supply a desired broadcasting through a smart phone by using a PVR(Personal Video Recorder) which is connected with a settop box of a subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A digital media center system receives one or more broadcasting images from a user-fixed terminal(S11). The digital media center system processes distributed encoding of the received broadcasting image(S12). The digital media center system transmits the encoded broadcasting image to a portable terminal of a user(S13).
