CONSTITUTION: A N-emitter layer(113) is formed in the front of a semiconductor layer(111) An anti-reflecting layer(120) is formed in the front of the N-emitter layer. A p+ section(151) passes through the anti-reflecting layer and the N-emitter layer. A first electrode(150) is electrically connected with the p+ section. A second electrode(160) is electrically connected with the N-emitter layer.
