<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an image forming part without enlarging an apparatus even when a component is disposed between the image forming part and a casing. <P>SOLUTION: When a cooling fan 50 is driven, cold air is sucked from a storage space 48 of a paper storage part 16A. The cold air sucked from the storage space 48 reaches a frame 58 of the image forming part 30 through an opening 54 and a duct 56, and is then supplied to the image forming part 30 through a clearance 60 formed in the frame 58 to cool the image forming part 30. According to this, even if the component is disposed between the image forming part 30 and the device casing 11, the image forming part 30 can be cooled without enlarging the image forming apparatus 10, compared with when taking air through an opening formed in the device casing 11 to cool the image forming part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
