PURPOSE: A part apparatus for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the weight of a vehicle and improve the durability of part apparatuses for a vehicle through high strength joining. CONSTITUTION: A part apparatus(100) for a vehicle comprises a first plate(110), a second plate(120), a third plate(130), first rivets(140), and second rivets(150). The first plate is made of aluminum materials and formed through a press method. The second plate is made of aluminum materials and formed through an extrusion molding method. The second plate is made of steel materials. The first rivets are formed to couple the first and third plates by passing through the same. The second rivets are formed to couple the first and second plates by passing through the same.
