PURPOSE: A skin light emitting apparatus using an ultraviolet LED and a polaroid film is provided to filter ultraviolet rays in the specific wavelength band using the polaroid film. CONSTITUTION: A skin light emitting apparatus includes a body unit(110), a light source unit, and a filter unit(140). The light source unit is installed inside the body unit, and includes plural ultraviolet LEDs(132) emitting ultraviolet rays in the specific wavelength band using electricity. The filter unit includes a polaroid film passing through the ultraviolet rays in the wavelength of 315-330nm, and a transparent cover protecting the polaroid film. The ultraviolet LEDs emits light for inducing the blackening of the human skin.
