PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of epoxy polymer composite with dispersed quantum dot nanoparticles is provided to accept an alkyl group having affinity with a quantum dot surface coating material in an epoxy polymer chain, thereby capable of manufacture an epoxy polymer composite with improved dispersion stability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of epoxy polymer composite comprises: a step of mixing an intermediate reaction material comprising an epoxy oligomer and alkyl group; a step of mixing quantum dot nanoparticles into the mixed solution; and a step of polymerizing the mixed epoxy polymer precursor and nanoparticle mixed solution by using a crosslinking agent. The epoxy oligomer is an epoxy polymer prepolymer comprising epoxide or a reactive group.
