To provide a novel chrysene compound and an organic light-emitting device having high emission efficiency and excellent driving durability, provided is a novel triaryl-substituted chrysene compound represented by the general formula [1]: wherein Ar1 to Ar3 each represent a substituent selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted phenanthryl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted fluorenyl group.
