<p>The device has a holder (1) comprising an inner chamber that is accessible through an orifice (60). A primary carrier (7) has a plug-in portion that is insertable into inner chamber through the orifice, such that locking units (71-73) of plug-in portion are engaged with latching units (21-23) provided in the inner chamber. The primary carrier is made by aluminum die casting process. A spring (17) is provided to support a lid (18) that is provided for automatically closing the orifice.
