COMPOSITION FOR SURFACE-ENHANCED ROAD BY INFILTRATION AND GROOVING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ROAD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A water repellent infiltration-type reinforcing agent composition and grooving construction method of the road surface using the same are provided to enhance hardness of road groove surface, abrasion resistance and water resistance. CONSTITUTION: A water repellent infiltration-type reinforcing agent composition comprises 65-75 wt% of trimethylopropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA), 65-75 weight % of trimethylopropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA), 10-16.5 wt% of γ-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxy silane(r-MPS), 10-15 wt% of styrene monomer(SM), 3-5 wt% of kerosene, 1-2 wt% of curing catalyst and 0.8-3 wt% of curing initiating agent. The viscosity of the trimethylpropane trimetacrylate is 45-60mPa*s. The specific gravity of the γ - methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane is 1-3. A grooving construction method of the road surface comprises the following step: and forming a road surface penetration enhancing layer which includes the water repellent penetration enhancer composition for road surface on the road surface which is formed by one or more asphalt, concrete, and a mixture thereof.
